Kyle Lam Sound Healing operates an expanding ecosystem of live events and online trainings. As demand increased, managing ticket sales, registrations, communications, and payments across multiple tools began to introduce friction and operational overhead.
This challenge is common among creators whose businesses grow faster than their systems. Fragmented workflows limited control, visibility, and the ability to scale with confidence.
The objective was not to add another tool.
It was to build a proprietary platform designed around real operational needs, capable of supporting events and digital trainings within a single, unified structure.
We designed and developed a custom web application from zero, built specifically to support Kyle Lam Sound Healing’s event-driven and education-based business model.
This was not a prototype or an MVP, but a production-ready platform designed for daily operations. The system functions as both a sales infrastructure and an operational hub, unifying event promotion, ticketing, attendee management, training sales, and administrative control within a single environment.
Public-facing pages allow users to browse events by region, access detailed event information, purchase tickets, and register for online trainings through secure checkout flows. On the backend, a private administration panel provides full control over events, venues, tickets, attendees, coupons, and revenue, enabling informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
